Description

Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup strawberry jam
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar to stiff peaks.
  3. Combine the Mixtures: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  4. Stir the lemon juice into the strawberry jam until smooth.
  5. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture into the bottom of the graham cracker crust. Spoon the strawberry jam over this.
  6. Top with the remaining cream cheese mixture and smooth the surface.
  7. Arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the pie.
  8. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
