- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup strawberry jam
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar to stiff peaks.
- Combine the Mixtures: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Stir the lemon juice into the strawberry jam until smooth.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture into the bottom of the graham cracker crust. Spoon the strawberry jam over this.
- Top with the remaining cream cheese mixture and smooth the surface.
- Arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the pie.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
