  • 3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a bowl, combine Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter until moistened. Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. Make the filling: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add cold milk, pudding mix, mint extract, and food coloring; whisk until thickened.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated and light green.
  4. Assemble the pie by spooning the filling into the prepared crust and smoothing the top.
  5. Chill the pie for at least 240 minutes or until set.
