- 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: In a bowl, combine Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter until moistened. Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie dish.
- Make the filling: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add cold milk, pudding mix, mint extract, and food coloring; whisk until thickened.
- Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated and light green.
- Assemble the pie by spooning the filling into the prepared crust and smoothing the top.
- Chill the pie for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Garnish with chocolate syrup before serving, if desired.
