Description

This No Bake Peanut Butter Pie features a creamy filling made from peanut butter, cream cheese, and Cool Whip, all perched atop a delicious graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 16 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until fluffy and well-blended.
  3. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until no streaks remain.
  4. Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  6. When ready to serve, slice the pie and top with an extra dollop of Cool Whip or crushed peanuts.
