Description

Simple and delicious no-bake treats made with crunchy corn flakes, creamy peanut butter, and a touch of honey, bringing a taste of nostalgia to any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine peanut butter and honey or corn syrup. Stir until melted and smooth (about 3-5 minutes).
  2. Remove from heat and fold in corn flakes until evenly coated.
  3. If using, fold in chocolate chips after the mixture has cooled slightly.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan, pressing down firmly.
  5. Allow to cool completely (about 30 minutes), then cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

Store treats at room temperature for up to a week. For firmer treats, refrigerate them. Customize with different nut butters or mix-ins as desired.
