Description

Creamy, no-bake truffles made with Biscoff spread and cream cheese, coated in white chocolate and rolled in Speculoos crumbs for a decadent, easy-to-make treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed Speculoos cookies
  • 8 oz white chocolate, melted
  • Extra Speculoos crumbs for decoration

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed cookies and cream cheese until well combined
  2. Form mixture into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm
  4. Melt white chocolate and stir in Biscoff spread until smooth
  5. Dip chilled truffles in chocolate mixture to coat completely
