Ingredients

- 1 1/3 cups almond milk (or coconut milk)
- 1/3 cup coconut cream, melted
- 2 Tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
- 1 scoop Equip vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine the almond milk, melted coconut cream, honey, vanilla protein powder, and vanilla extract in your Ninja Creami pint.
- Freeze the pint for 24 hours.
- Defrost the pint on the counter for about 10 minutes before churning.
- Get the Creami going by placing the pint in the outer bowl and locking the lid.
- Select the “Lite Ice Cream” setting and churn until smooth.
Notes
For best results, make sure the coconut cream is melted before mixing. Adjust almond milk if the mixture feels too thick.
