- 0.66 banana, sliced into 1/2 inch coins (frozen)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup (or honey)
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by ensuring your banana is sliced and frozen.
- Mix the fruit, banana coins, almond milk, and maple syrup in your Ninja Creami container, filling to the max line with almond milk.
- Freeze the container flat for at least 24 hours.
- Blend in the Ninja Creami using the ‘Smoothie Bowl’ or ‘Lite Ice Cream’ setting.
- If too thick, add a splash of almond milk and respin until smooth.
- Serve immediately and top with granola, nuts, or fruit.

Notes
For the best texture, freeze banana coins prior to blending. Use cold almond milk to facilitate easier blending.
