A vibrant and creamy smoothie bowl made with frozen fruits, almond milk, and a hint of maple syrup for a refreshing breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1.25 cups mixed fruit (strawberries, blueberries, peaches)
  • 0.66 banana, sliced into 1/2 inch coins (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (or honey)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by ensuring your banana is sliced and frozen.
  2. Mix the fruit, banana coins, almond milk, and maple syrup in your Ninja Creami container, filling to the max line with almond milk.
  3. Freeze the container flat for at least 24 hours.
  4. Blend in the Ninja Creami using the ‘Smoothie Bowl’ or ‘Lite Ice Cream’ setting.
  5. If too thick, add a splash of almond milk and respin until smooth.
  6. Serve immediately and top with granola, nuts, or fruit.
