Description

A guilt-free, protein-packed, dairy-free ice cream that beautifully captures the flavors of autumn with pumpkin and warm spices.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/3 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small blender. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  2. Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami pint. Secure the lid tightly and set it in the freezer for at least 24 hours.
  3. Remove the pint from the freezer. Level off the top with a spoon if there’s a hump in the middle.
  4. Plug in your Ninja Creami. Place the pint in the outer bowl, lock the lid, and twist it into position on the motor base.
  5. Turn on the Creami and select the “Lite Ice Cream” setting.
  6. After the first spin, the texture may be chalky. Remove the pint and mix the ice cream with a spoon, then “Re-spin.”
  7. Store any leftovers in the freezer, leveling off the top to make re-spinning easier.

Notes

Best served in chilled bowls with optional toppings like walnuts or caramel sauce. Customize flavors as desired!
