A creamy, chocolate-charged avocado ice cream that’s guilt-free and Paleo-friendly, perfect for warm days.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)
- 1/4 large ripe avocado
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Blend the ice cream ingredients in a blender until silky smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the Creami pint and secure the lid tightly.
- Freeze for at least 24 hours to achieve the perfect scoopable texture.
- Defrost for 10 minutes at room temperature before serving.
- Blend the mixture in the Ninja Creami machine using the “Lite Ice Cream” setting.
- Serve the velvety ice cream and enjoy!
Notes
Avoid using an overripe avocado for better texture. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
