Description

A creamy, chocolate-charged avocado ice cream that’s guilt-free and Paleo-friendly, perfect for warm days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)
  • 1/4 large ripe avocado
  • 12 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Blend the ice cream ingredients in a blender until silky smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into the Creami pint and secure the lid tightly.
  3. Freeze for at least 24 hours to achieve the perfect scoopable texture.
  4. Defrost for 10 minutes at room temperature before serving.
  5. Blend the mixture in the Ninja Creami machine using the “Lite Ice Cream” setting.
  6. Serve the velvety ice cream and enjoy!

Notes

Avoid using an overripe avocado for better texture. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
