Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cranberries and sugar, then pour into the pie crust.
  3. Combine melted butter, flour, eggs, vanilla, and salt in another bowl until smooth.
  4. Pour this mixture over the cranberries.
