Description

A delightful blend of tart and sweet mulberries with green tea and fresh mint that brings refreshing summer vibes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh mulberries
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 green tea bags
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • Sweetener to taste (honey, sugar, or agave syrup)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a pot.
  2. Remove from heat and add 2 green tea bags. Let steep for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool.
  4. Combine 1 cup fresh mulberries and a splash of water in a blender and blend until smooth.
  5. Strain the mulberry puree through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
  6. Add the cooled green tea and 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves to the pitcher. Stir well.
  7. Sweeten to taste with honey, sugar, or agave syrup. Serve over ice cubes.

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh, plump mulberries and high-quality green tea. Serve in clear glasses for presentation.
