- 1 cup fresh mulberries
- 2 cups water
- 2 green tea bags
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- Sweetener to taste (honey, sugar, or agave syrup)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a pot.
- Remove from heat and add 2 green tea bags. Let steep for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool.
- Combine 1 cup fresh mulberries and a splash of water in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain the mulberry puree through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
- Add the cooled green tea and 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves to the pitcher. Stir well.
- Sweeten to taste with honey, sugar, or agave syrup. Serve over ice cubes.
Notes
For best flavor, use fresh, plump mulberries and high-quality green tea. Serve in clear glasses for presentation.
