Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In large bowl, combine ground beef, oatmeal, onion, milk, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined but do not overmix.
- Spray muffin tin with non-stick spray.
- Spoon mixture into muffin cups, filling about 3/4 full.
- Bake 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Cool 5 minutes before removing from tin.
- Serve warm.
