Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In large bowl, combine ground beef, oatmeal, onion, milk, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined but do not overmix.
  4. Spray muffin tin with non-stick spray.
  5. Spoon mixture into muffin cups, filling about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  7. Cool 5 minutes before removing from tin.
