- 15g Cocoa Powder (2 tbsp)
- 240ml Whole Milk (1 cup)
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 225g Semi-Sweet Chocolate, roughly chopped (7.9 oz)

Instructions
- Combine the glutinous rice flour, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and cocoa powder in a mixing bowl.

- Cut the mochi into small pieces, create indentations, and fill with chocolate ganache.
- Roll the filled mochi in cocoa powder for assembly, coating completely.
Notes
For a richer flavor, choose organic unsweetened cocoa powder and sweet rice flour for the best texture.
