Description
A delightful and creamy homemade mint chocolate chip ice cream made using the Ninja Creami, perfect for summer treats and family gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 TBSP cream cheese
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 4–6 drops green food coloring (optional)
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or finely chopped chocolate
Instructions
- Prepare the cream cheese mixture by softening the cream cheese in the microwave.
- Add sugar and peppermint extract to the cream cheese and mix until a paste forms.
- Combine whole milk and heavy cream, then gradually mix into the sugar mixture until smooth.
- Add food coloring if desired and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a Ninja Creami pint and freeze for 24 hours.
- Process in the Ninja Creami using the Ice Cream function.
- Mix in the chocolate chips after the initial spin.
- Reprocess if necessary using the Mix In function and serve.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for better mixing. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
