- 1 pound pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Toppings of choice (e.g., pepperoni, bell peppers, onions)
- 1–2 tablespoons olive oil
- Flour for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the dough to about ¼-inch thick and cut out mini circles (about 4 inches in diameter).
- Grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
- Press the mini dough circles into the bottom and up the sides of each muffin cup.
- Add a spoonful of pizza sauce, a sprinkle of mozzarella, and your favorite toppings to each cup.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and slightly golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin and serve warm.
Notes
These mini pizzas can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
