Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Toppings of choice (e.g., pepperoni, bell peppers, onions)
  • 12 tablespoons olive oil
  • Flour for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the dough to about ¼-inch thick and cut out mini circles (about 4 inches in diameter).
  3. Grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  4. Press the mini dough circles into the bottom and up the sides of each muffin cup.
  5. Add a spoonful of pizza sauce, a sprinkle of mozzarella, and your favorite toppings to each cup.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and slightly golden.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin and serve warm.
