- 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease 9×13 inch baking dish
- Cook ravioli according to package directions, drain
- Brown ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper
- Mix ricotta, sour cream, and Italian seasoning in bowl
- Layer marinara sauce, ravioli, ricotta mixture, beef, and cheeses in dish
- Repeat layers, ending with cheeses on top
- Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes
- Remove foil and bake 10 more minutes until bubbly and golden
- Let rest 10 minutes before serving
