  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease 9×13 inch baking dish
  2. Cook ravioli according to package directions, drain
  3. Brown ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper
  4. Mix ricotta, sour cream, and Italian seasoning in bowl
  5. Layer marinara sauce, ravioli, ricotta mixture, beef, and cheeses in dish
  6. Repeat layers, ending with cheeses on top
  7. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes
  8. Remove foil and bake 10 more minutes until bubbly and golden
  9. Let rest 10 minutes before serving
