Ingredients

- 2 cups corn (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup queso fresco, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
- Combine the corn, mayonnaise, sour cream, queso fresco, cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Mix well with a spatula until all ingredients are uniformly blended.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve with crispy tortilla chips and enjoy!
Notes
For added creaminess, consider blending in avocado or using Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
