Ingredients

- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup lemonade
- 1 teaspoon butterfly pea flower tea
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 4 mint leaves
- 1/2 cup sparkling water
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 pinch edible glitter
Instructions
- Steep butterfly pea flower tea in hot water for about 3 minutes. Strain and set aside to cool.
- Combine coconut water, pineapple juice, lemonade, agave syrup, and lime juice in a large pitcher. Stir well.
- Pour the strained butterfly pea flower tea into the pitcher and stir gently.
- Muddle the mint leaves in the pitcher to release their oils.
- Fill serving glasses halfway with ice cubes and pour the mocktail mixture over the ice.
- Top each glass with sparkling water.
- Sprinkle a pinch of edible glitter and stir gently.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wheel on the rim.
