Description

Whimsical holiday-themed biscuits decorated to look like melting snowmen, perfect for festive gatherings.


Ingredients

  • Store-bought biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands)
  • White icing (buttercream or royal icing)
  • Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Tiny baby carrots (or candy corn)
  • Miniature pretzels
  • Black frosting or black candy coating

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the biscuits according to package instructions for 10-12 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
  2. Once cool, generously spread white icing over each biscuit, allowing it to drizzle down the sides.
  3. Add two chocolate chips for the eyes and more for buttons on the snowman.
  4. Insert a tiny carrot (or candy corn) into the biscuit for the nose.
  5. Push two miniature pretzels into the sides for arms.
  6. Arrange on a festive platter and serve.
