Ingredients
- Store-bought biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands)
- White icing (buttercream or royal icing)
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Tiny baby carrots (or candy corn)
- Miniature pretzels
- Black frosting or black candy coating
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the biscuits according to package instructions for 10-12 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
- Once cool, generously spread white icing over each biscuit, allowing it to drizzle down the sides.
- Add two chocolate chips for the eyes and more for buttons on the snowman.
- Insert a tiny carrot (or candy corn) into the biscuit for the nose.
- Push two miniature pretzels into the sides for arms.
- Arrange on a festive platter and serve.
