- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the sour cream, garlic powder, seasoned salt, black pepper, and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese until blended.
- Arrange the chicken breasts in the baking dish, spaced evenly apart.
- Spread the sour cream mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of Parmesan on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Broil for an additional 2–3 minutes for a golden crust.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
