Description

A comforting chicken dish smothered in a creamy, garlicky sauce with a golden topping of melted Parmesan.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the sour cream, garlic powder, seasoned salt, black pepper, and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese until blended.
  4. Arrange the chicken breasts in the baking dish, spaced evenly apart.
  5. Spread the sour cream mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of Parmesan on top.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Broil for an additional 2–3 minutes for a golden crust.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy.
