- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet Caesar salad dressing mix
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Caesar dressing mix, grated Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until you have a smooth, creamy consistency.
- Place the chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness of about ½ inch.
- Dip each chicken breast into the creamy dressing mixture, ensuring they are thoroughly coated.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden-brown.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs evenly on top of the chicken and press gently to help them adhere.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes or until breadcrumbs are golden and chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature 165°F).
- Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

For best results, always check for doneness with a meat thermometer to avoid dry chicken. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
