Description

A flavorful and comforting dish featuring chicken breasts stuffed with creamy cheese and vibrant spinach, inspired by Mediterranean cuisine.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (68 oz each)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups cooked spinach, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or feta)
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs, chopped (parsley, basil, or thyme)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pound the chicken breasts between plastic wrap until they are about ½ inch thick.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cooked spinach, minced garlic, shredded cheese, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Lay each chicken breast flat and add about ⅓ cup of filling to the center. Fold the sides over and roll tightly, securing with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
  5. Brush each chicken roll with olive oil and season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Place the stuffed chicken seam-side down in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes after baking before serving.

Notes

Use organic, free-range chicken for better flavor. You can customize the cheese and herbs to suit your taste.
