Instructions
- Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Divide the dough between two bowls and incorporate matcha into one.
- Create marbled dough balls using 1 tablespoon of each dough.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, flatten slightly, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes.
- Cool on the tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
