Delicious dessert bars combining layers of chocolate cake, gooey marshmallows, and a crunchy streusel topping.

- 1 Box chocolate cake mix
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons streusel
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, milk, and melted butter. Stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Sprinkle the mini-marshmallows, chocolate chips, and streusel evenly over the warm cake.
- Return to the oven for another 1-3 minutes, until the marshmallows are slightly melted.
- Cool completely in the pan then refrigerate for 1-2 hours to set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Use a plastic knife dipped in warm water for easier cutting. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature or 1 week in the fridge.
