- 2 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 jar marshmallow fluff, divided
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk the dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
- Cream the butter and sugars for 3-5 minutes until fluffy.
- Incorporate the eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients until just combined.
- Add the chocolate chips and fold gently into the dough.
- Shape cookies on baking sheets and flatten slightly.
- Add marshmallow fluff in the center of each cookie disk and seal them with another disk.
- Space them out, leaving about 4 inches between cookies.
- Bake for 13-14 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Cool completely on baking sheets before serving.
Notes
For the best texture, ensure butter and eggs are at room temperature before starting. Keep an eye on the cookies while baking to avoid overbaking.
