Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts, etc.)
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • 1 cup dried cranberries or raisins
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mixed nuts, pumpkin seeds, and dried cranberries.
  3. Pour in the maple syrup and sprinkle cinnamon and sea salt over the mixture. Stir until well-coated.
  4. Spread mixture evenly across a lined baking sheet.
  5. For a crunchy variation, bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
