Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 2 Tbsp pecans, toasted
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix it Up: In a blender, combine all ice cream ingredients, except the protein powder. Blend on high until the pecans are fully pulverized.
- Add in the protein powder and blend for a few seconds to combine.
- Pour the ice cream mixture into your Ninja Creami pint container. Freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Take the container out of the freezer and level off the top if needed.
- Blend on the “Lite Ice Cream” setting in your Ninja Creami machine for about 1-2 minutes.
- If desired, use the “Re-Spin” button to amp up the creaminess.
Notes
For best texture, let the almond milk come to room temperature before blending. If using frozen pecans, allow them to thaw slightly.
