Description

A creamy and smooth maple pecan ice cream made effortlessly with the Ninja Creami, offering a guilt-free indulgence that’s perfect for summer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp pecans, toasted
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix it Up: In a blender, combine all ice cream ingredients, except the protein powder. Blend on high until the pecans are fully pulverized.
  2. Add in the protein powder and blend for a few seconds to combine.
  3. Pour the ice cream mixture into your Ninja Creami pint container. Freeze for at least 24 hours.
  4. Take the container out of the freezer and level off the top if needed.
  5. Blend on the “Lite Ice Cream” setting in your Ninja Creami machine for about 1-2 minutes.
  6. If desired, use the “Re-Spin” button to amp up the creaminess.

Notes

For best texture, let the almond milk come to room temperature before blending. If using frozen pecans, allow them to thaw slightly.
