Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the baby carrots in the slow cooker, ensuring they are evenly distributed at the bottom.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the maple syrup, brown sugar, butter, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture evenly over the carrots and stir gently to ensure they’re all nicely coated.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until tender.
  5. If desired, garnish with fresh thyme before serving.
