Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Mix melted butter and brown sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla extract until combined.

- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in diced apples and maple syrup.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then drizzle with additional maple syrup and dust with powdered sugar.
