Description

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 5 tbsp pure maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Prep the Mangoes: Dice both mangoes into 1/2-inch pieces.
  2. Make the Mango Puree: Blend half of the diced mango into a smooth puree.
  3. Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl, mix chia seeds, coconut milk, maple syrup, mango puree, and salt. Whisk thoroughly.
  4. Chill the Mixture: Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, then stir again. Let it sit for another 15 minutes.
  5. Divide and Serve: Spoon the chia pudding into serving cups and top each with the reserved diced mango.
  6. Enjoy: Serve immediately and delight in every creamy bite.
