A refreshing and tropical delight combining watermelon-flavored gelatin and Malibu coconut rum, perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 box (3 oz) watermelon-flavored gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup Malibu coconut rum
Instructions
- In a heatproof bowl, pour the boiling water over the watermelon-flavored gelatin. Stir thoroughly until completely dissolved.
- Add the cold water and Malibu coconut rum to the gelatin mixture. Stir gently but thoroughly.
- Fill small plastic cups or a mold with the liquid jello mixture, leaving some space at the top.
- Place the cups in the fridge and chill until firm, approximately 2 to 4 hours.
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, replace Malibu rum with coconut water. Best served chilled with fruity appetizers.
