- 1 1/2 cups Lucky Charms cereal, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl until combined.
- Cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped Lucky Charms cereal until evenly distributed.
- Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are golden and centers look set.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For chewier cookies, slightly underbake them. Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
