- 1 lb cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 4 cups cauliflower rice, fresh or frozen and thawed
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup broccoli florets

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cauliflower rice, diced onion, minced garlic, and broccoli florets.
- Mix well until all ingredients are nicely combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle with cheese if desired.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
