Description

A refreshing and flavor-packed lettuce wrap recipe featuring turkey, creamy mayo, and zesty Sriracha, perfect for a healthy meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 Romaine Leaves
  • 1 tablespoon mayo
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon Honey Dijon Mustard
  • 4 slices turkey breast
  • 1 slice Havarti cheese
  • 3 slices pickle
  • Pickled red onions

Instructions

  1. Prepare your work area by laying out a large piece of parchment paper onto a cutting board.
  2. Assemble the lettuce by placing the 4 romaine leaves in the center of the parchment, slightly overlapping with the stems facing you.
  3. Make your spread by mixing the mayo and Sriracha in a small bowl. Spread this generously onto each lettuce leaf.
  4. Layer the fillings starting with turkey, followed by Havarti cheese, pickles, and pickled red onions.
  5. Rotate the parchment 90 degrees and gently roll the lettuce to form a wrap, tucking the filling in as you roll.
