  • 2 Lemons (juiced and zested)
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil (extra virgin recommended)
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt (kosher or sea salt)
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the lemon mixture over them.
