Description

A vibrant and flavorful Thai salad featuring ground pork, fresh herbs, and a zesty lime dressing.


Ingredients

  • 10.5 ounces Ground Pork
  • 3 Shallots, thinly sliced
  • 3 teaspoons Fish Sauce
  • 3 teaspoons Palm Sugar
  • 2 ½ tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Thai Chili Flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Toasted Rice Powder
  • 1 cup Mint Leaves

Instructions

  1. Cook the pork: Set a pot over medium heat and add ground pork with ¼ cup of water. Stir and cook until fully cooked, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Prep the shallots: Peel and thinly slice shallots.
  3. Combine ingredients: In the pot, add fish sauce, palm sugar, and lime juice. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  4. Add the spice: Mix in chili flakes and toasted rice powder.
  5. Finish up: Fold in sliced shallots and mint leaves. Serve immediately.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Can store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
