  • 12 teaspoons Soy Sauce

  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare Steamed White Short Grain Rice: Cook rice according to package instructions. Aim for a fluffy texture, usually taking around 20 minutes.
  2. Fry an Egg: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter. Crack in the egg and fry for about 3-4 minutes, until the whites are set and the yolk is runny.
  3. Place the Fried Egg on Top of the Rice: Gently place the fried egg over a serving of steaming rice in a bowl.
