Description

A cheesy delight made with sweet corn, gooey mozzarella, and a hint of tangy mayonnaise, baked until golden and bubbly.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of corn (15 oz, drained)
  • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained corn, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Gently fold the ingredients together.
  3. Stir until well mixed, ensuring the corn is evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve hot.

Notes
