- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained corn, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Gently fold the ingredients together.
- Stir until well mixed, ensuring the corn is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve hot.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at a low temperature.
