- 1 cup cooked rice (white, brown, or jasmine)
- For the Spicy Cream Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- Optional Garnish:
- Chopped green onions
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, gochujang, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add steak cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature (or up to 2 hours refrigerated).
- Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook marinated steak cubes for 3-4 minutes per side until seared and cooked to desired doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes.
- While steak rests, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, sriracha, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
- Assemble bowls: Divide cooked rice among bowls, top with steak cubes, drizzle with spicy cream sauce, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

- Let steak come to room temperature before cooking for even searing.
- Adjust sriracha amount in the sauce to control spice level.
