Description

A creamy and delightful blend of ripe bananas and milk, perfect for a comforting drink anytime.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups milk (or non-dairy milk)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Ice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel the ripe bananas and break them into chunks for easier blending.
  2. In a blender, combine the ripe bananas, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract (if using). Blend on high for about 30-45 seconds, or until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired, then blend again briefly.
  4. Pour your Korean Banana Milk into glasses and add ice if you prefer it chilled.

Notes

For a thicker texture, blend for an additional 10-15 seconds or use less milk. Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
