Ingredients

- 2 medium apples, sliced
- 1 inch of ginger, sliced thinly
- 1–2 cinnamon sticks
- 4 cups of water
- Honey or sugar to taste (optional)
Instructions
- In a pot, combine the sliced apples, ginger, and cinnamon sticks with 4 cups of water.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 20-30 minutes.
- Strain the tea into cups to separate the solids.
- Sweeten with honey or sugar if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Korean apple tea can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. For a vegan option, use maple syrup instead of honey.
