Description

A comforting blend of fresh apples, ginger, and cinnamon, perfect for warming up on a chilly day.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples, sliced
  • 1 inch of ginger, sliced thinly
  • 12 cinnamon sticks
  • 4 cups of water
  • Honey or sugar to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a pot, combine the sliced apples, ginger, and cinnamon sticks with 4 cups of water.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 20-30 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea into cups to separate the solids.
  5. Sweeten with honey or sugar if desired.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Korean apple tea can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. For a vegan option, use maple syrup instead of honey.
