Delightful Knock You Naked Bars featuring a combination of gooey caramel, rich chocolate, and a buttery graham cracker crust.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups pitted dates
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl and mix until crumbly.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes or until slightly golden, then let it cool completely.
- Blend the pitted dates, peanut butter, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract in a food processor until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded coconut.
- Spread the date mixture evenly over the cooled crust and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt the semisweet chocolate chips and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Pour the ganache over the chilled filling and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until the ganache is set, then slice into squares.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months.
