Description

Delightful Knock You Naked Bars featuring a combination of gooey caramel, rich chocolate, and a buttery graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl and mix until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes or until slightly golden, then let it cool completely.
  5. Blend the pitted dates, peanut butter, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract in a food processor until smooth.
  6. Stir in the shredded coconut.
  7. Spread the date mixture evenly over the cooled crust and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Melt the semisweet chocolate chips and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  9. Pour the ganache over the chilled filling and spread evenly.
  10. Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until the ganache is set, then slice into squares.
