Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese with salt and pepper, mixing well. Add in any optional seasonings if desired.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cottage cheese mixture into thin, even layers (about 1/8-inch thick).
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, watching for the chips to turn golden brown and crispy. Rotate the baking sheet halfway through.
- Let the chips cool for about 5 minutes before breaking them into pieces.
