Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Brussels Sprouts, shredded
  • 3 cups Kale, chopped
  • 12 Apples, diced (Honeycrisp or Fuji recommended)
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Pecans, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 23 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Shred the Brussels sprouts and kale using a knife or food processor until finely shredded.
  2. Dice the apples into bite-sized pieces and roughly chop the pecans.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded Brussels sprouts, kale, diced apples, cheddar cheese, and pecans.
