Instructions
- Prep pan: Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper and grease lightly.
- Make base: Melt butter over low heat. Add 8 oz marshmallows and stir until fully melted. Remove from heat.
- Color layers: Divide melted mixture into 3 bowls. Tint one red, one blue, and leave one white. Fold 2 cups cereal into each batch.
- Layer: Press red mixture into pan. Top with white, then blue layers, pressing gently between layers.
- Decorate: While warm, press remaining sprinkles and mini marshmallows on top.
- Set: Let cool completely (about 1 hour) before cutting into squares or star shapes.
