Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Halve the jalapenos lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, green onions, shredded cheese, and cooked bacon.
- Stuff the jalapeno halves evenly with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed jalapenos on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm or allow to cool to room temperature.
