- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup crushed pork rinds (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, diced jalapeños, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
- If using, sprinkle the crushed pork rinds on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
