  • 1 oz cream of coconut
  • 2 oz pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Glass: Spread shredded coconut on a small plate, dip the rim of a glass into water or pineapple juice, and press into shredded coconut until coated.
  2. Mix the Ingredients: In a blender, combine vodka, blue curaçao, cream of coconut, and pineapple juice. Add ice and blend until smooth.
