Instructions
- Mix the ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth.
- Prepare the baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop & shape: Portion the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the baking sheet.
- Add your extras: Sprinkle chocolate chips or drizzle melted chocolate on top if desired.
- Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 2-3 hours until the bites are firm.
- Store: Transfer frozen bites to an airtight container and keep in the freezer for up to two months.

Ensure peanut butter is at room temperature for easy mixing. For an ultra-smooth texture, consider blending the mixture.
